How is shipping handled?

Shipping is WORLDWIDE but I am NOT responsible for customs/duties charges. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.

Before placing your order, please make sure that your shipping address is correct.
Buyers will be responsible for all extra shipping charges in case of listing an incorrect address.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

Print shipments are done through USPS Priority Mail. Orders are processed daily and may take anywhere from a few days to a couple weeks for delivery depending on your local post office. Due to COVID-19 order may take up to an extra 3-5 business days for processing and delivery. International orders may take 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Lost Packages

Due to the nature of artworks and being a small business, please order at your own risk for all international orders. I am not responsible for the packages lost due to USPS, as it will be my loss as well, but might be able to replace your print on a case-by-case basis, provided that the buyer pays for another shipping charge.

Returns & Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns & exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. In the event of a concern or issue with your order, you are always free to contact me at quel@quelhynson.com. Please submit your order number and named associated to quicken the process.

Do you offer installment payment plans for original paintings?

Yes. Installment payments can be negotiated on a client to client basis.

Do you rent or lease your art and what are your fees?

Artwork can be rented/leased for open houses, pop-up shops, etc. Please contact quel@quelhynson.com for pricing.
